East Point police arrested Destiny Dorsey and Christia Smith, while authorities continue searching for Cynthia Dorsey in connection with the fraud investigation. According to arrest warrants, the trio stole rent checks and money orders intended for Fulton Pointe Apartments over several months. Each suspect faces six fraud-related charges. Investigators believe the women may have stolen money from other apartment complexes as well, suggesting the scope of the alleged scheme extends beyond the 60 known victims.
